Care for the bees, first
Everything starts at the apiary. We place hives where bees have diverse forage and clean water, then manage them with a gentle, hands-on approach. Regular checks help us support colony health through the seasons while respecting the bees’ natural rhythms—because great honey only comes from thriving hives.

Harvest & handle in small batches
When frames are ready, we harvest carefully and keep things simple: clean tools, careful timing, and minimal handling. We strain to remove wax bits while preserving honey’s natural character, then jar promptly for freshness. Each batch reflects the flowers the bees visited and the season it came from.

Share it locally, with guidance
We sell Bee That Way! honey and honey-based products for local pickup only, so you get them fresh and we can answer questions in person. We’ll help you choose a variety, suggest everyday uses, and explain simple storage tips. It’s our way of keeping things transparent, practical, and community-centered.
